Testing

With our origin and background in testing we can offer , if requested by the customer, function test prior to mechanical integration or dispatch. We always prefer that volume products are tested in house so that Information collected from any failures can be used to adjust our processes if required.

Some customer may prefer to supply Infoteam EMS with their own test equipment or testing software and whether the test is designed and supplied by the customer or by Infoteam EMS Limited we will continue to look for improvements that will provide benefits in quality.

Our commitment in delivering products to the highest possible standard is supported by our investment in the training and development of our people. All personnel have been trained and certified to the workmanship standards of IPC 610 class 3 through our in-house training program and we are fully registered and accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485 Quality Standards by LRQA.

We also offer a Design for Manufacture / Design for Test service which if carried out as early in the design cycle as possible can produce less manufacturing problems, better throughput, better test yields and improved quality.
